Conditions for Returns/Replacements/Refunds:
1. Items damaged during transit, manufacturing defects, or wrong item delivered are eligible for replacement or refund.
2. Request for replacement/return must be made within five days of receiving the package.
3. A refund or replacement is initiated only if products are in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
5. Products must be returned unopened; damaged, improperly handled, or opened products will not be accepted.
Return Process:
1. Email info@mantraayurveda.com with the Order Number and Reason for replacement/refund.
2. Provide an image of the product with the batch number and the invoice.
3. Return request acceptance leads to product pickup within 4-7 days.
4. A refund will be initiated upon receiving the products in their original packaging.
Refund Timeline:
1. For credit/debit card or net banking payments, the refund is processed within 5-7 days.
2. Cash on delivery transactions result in a bank transfer, taking 5-7 days.
Availability of Replacement:
1. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
2. A full refund will be issued if a replacement is unavailable and already paid.
Damaged Products:
1. Products damaged during shipment or due to improper packaging are not eligible for refund or return.
2. Buyers must contact Rajputana Agrico immediately in case of delivery damage.
Policy Changes:
1. The Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy may change without prior notice.
2. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website.
